We used to love it here and we would go to the restaurant or order from them quite often. But in the last three orders there was always some problem and when we tried to solved it they made it so hard... We talked to them, we called, we wrote emails, we follow all the steps they asked us to and still we just got ignored... Never ever coming back again! It doesn't matter how good your food could be if your costumer service is terrible, there are many other restaurants to go to.

Great place! We loved the pizza, all the meat on the pizzas were amazing. Service was friendly and helpful. Really have nothing to complain about!

Wonderful pizza with plenty of varieties and reasonable prices, student discount for IC cards and typically cheap drinks in Prague style. The service struggles to keep up and ordering yourself directly at the desk is faster.

We ordered pasta for lunch - it was ok, but the portions were smaller than advertised (it certainly wasn't 400g). As other reviewers mentioned, waitress was very rude and practically shouted at us.

The worst service in Prague. Waiter was rude with us , brought pizza with some pieces of wood. When I asked to call manager he just said no, and was really rude with us. Pizza was good though but my impression is really low

The pizza was ok, but the service was terrible. From the beginning I got the impression that the Slovak waitress serving us was of a cynical arrogant personality ("zlatokopka"), but I made the mistake not to leave instantly. Her arrogance got yet worse when we ordered one Pizza for two of us and no drinks. The pizza arrived pretty fast and it was just fine, but did not have much taste. Then I remembered that even a $1 pizza place in NYC would provide customers with five different condiments you could sprinkle over your pizza. There was nothing on the table, so I brought at least salt and pepper from the bar after the bar man helped me to find it. A few minutes later the waitress came, bent over our table and picked up the condiments and brought them back to the bar, not even saying sorry. Apparently they did not need it at another table, she just wanted to be rude. When we finished the pizza, the waitress came to ask if we want anything else. After I asked for the bill, she started talking to us angrily almost shouting at us if we pay with a card or cash. When I responded cash, she told me in an annoyed manner that I will have to go with her to the bar. When I gave her 2,000 Kč note, she said that she does not have a change - which was obviously a lie. Instead of arguing I paid with a card to be able to get out of this bloody place ASAP. I remember that this was considered to be a cool restaurant, but the level must have gone steeply down over the years if they employ if they employ a waitress that is so cheaply arrogant. I'm used to that the level of service in Prague is not like in the West and it time to time reminds us the communist past, but this really shocked me - to be shouted at by a waitress without a reason. I've traveled some of the poorest countries of the world, I've experienced rude waitresses of all kinds of nationalities, but this went beyond the extreme.

We had lunch here today. Very good food and service. Bruschetta was outstanding. Fresh with great taste. Also enjoyed the chicken sandwich (Burger). Juicy, Tender with great taste. Will come back for sure.
