★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything we have ever tried here (salads, pasta, pizza, tea, coffe, wines) was good; never have had any desserts, so can't rate those. The food takes a bit longer to get, but we often come at full hours, so maybe the kitchen is just a bit overwhelmed, the stuff is nice. Nice place for family lunch/dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I firmly believe that in a restaurant business, education and respect for the customer are ingredients as fundamental as those used in the kitchen. For this reason, after phoning for a takeaway order, I was baffled when, after the phone call, the employee who answered me, forgetting to hang up the phone, started making fun of me and my Italian accent. Very funny thing for someone who works in a restaurant that serves Italian food and is named after a well-known puppet who tells lies. Obviously I will also notify the facility where I stay which recommended the restaurant to me.
