Těsto bylo hezky vláčné, tak akorát vysoké. Tenké jak papír nebylo, ale určitě to nebyla nějaká tlustá buchta, jak někdo popisuje, sugo perfektně dochucené, ingredience v ideálním poměru. The dough was pretty supple, just high. It wasn't as thin as paper, but it certainly wasn't some thick bun, as someone describes it, a perfectly flavored sugo, ingredients in perfect proportion. This is one of the best pizzas in HK.
