★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually criticise but I will have to make an exception. It was really such an unappealing experience. Staff's behaviour was very unprofessional, rude and arrogant. A waitress had absolutely no reason to behave inappropriately. Maybe she went mad because she actually had to do something at work (The restaurant in the Prague City center was empty on Saturday at 8 PM, feels weird, right?) instead of gossiping. The meal was expensive and moreover I wasn't feeling well in the morning after this dinner experience. How is it even possible that this place is so much overrated? We are NEVER coming back here again.

The staff are rude - and that’s the basis of the whole place it seems. The girl assumed I was going to be giving a tip for takeaway - you barely took my order in a nice way - why would I tip for that?
The food was fine but maybe the staff should invest in some training on how to speak to customers. Also, charging an additional 10 crowns for a box for the pizza and a metal tray for the pasta is just taking money for no reason. If anything, have a take out menu with prices which cover this. And they should be less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious chicken, wild leek, artichoke pizza for 169czk but I had to pay 10Czk extra because I ordered as a takeaway (presumably the cardboard is expensive?) anyway, the pizza was really delicious and I’d recommend this place. You need to go downstairs - it’s a basement restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place, very nice design, very nice staff, and the food is something else, it's amazing, magical almost, I can easily say that this is the best Pizzerie in Czech Republic. You should definitely try minestrone soup, with pizza bread.
My favorite Pizzerie in the whole world.
