★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problems with paying by card (all people at the table had to get up and pay at the bar because one of us wanted to pay her share by card - which supposedly had to be done first and and only at the bar!), refusing to return any money when using meal tickets (stravenky). Original good impression completely spoiled.
