★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto otřesné jednání řidiče i centrály dispečinku. Firmu jsem 2x volala i samotného řidiče a prosila, aby řidič mohl přijet nejdříve v 8.00 a ne v 7.00 ráno. Byla to prosba z důvodu mého otočeného casu z důvodu častého cestování do jiných časových zón, předem jsem napsala slušně řidiči 3 zprávy, aby nevolal, nezvonil a nejezdil v 7.00 ráno, (na otazku, jestli obdržel moje zprávy, mi odpověděl, ze zprávy maze), obě rána volal i zvonil a i přijel v 7.00 ráno. Telefon mi nakonec nevydal při prokázání se cestovním dokladem (pasem) jako dokladem totožnosti. Cestovni pas, který hraje stejnou roli jako občanský průkaz! Neprofesionalni firma, která nepomáhá zákazníkovi, ale děla mu naschvály. Dispečer v podstatě drzejší než kuryr. Tato Kurýrní firma, která ma člověku ušetřit čas, tak akorát představuje ztrátu casu, prosím vyhnete se jim!

An unprofessional company that does not help the customer, but does it on purpose. Dispatcher basically bolder than a courier.
