★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosta katastrofa. U jednoho okna oteviraci mechanismus namontovany obracene, opravili po 3 letech. Vchodove dvere netesni, reklamujeme jiz 4 roky,zatim bez uspechu. Vzdy prijedou, seridi, za 2 dny opet netesni. V lete nejdou dovrit,v zime nejdou odemykat. Okna v celem dome spatne zaizolovane,v ramech se drzi voda.
A complete disaster. For one window the opening mechanism mounted upside down, repaired after 3 years. The entrance door does not seal, we have been complaining for 4 years, so far without success. They always come, seridi, in 2 days leaky again. They can't be unlocked in summer, they can't be unlocked in winter. The windows in the whole house are poorly insulated, water is held in the frames.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechali jsme si s přítelem udělat na konci dubna o okna od firmy PKS. A jsme oba velmi zklamání. Celková kvalita oken by byla úžasná. Ale zednické práce které jsme si od firmy zaplatili jsou katastrofální. Šíleně udělané špalety, kde není ani pravý úhel; umazané rámy oken, někde dokonce odlouplá barva, po pár otevření okna úplně odřené panty. Když jsme mluvili s pánem s firmy, tak byl ještě “dotčený” že jsme první kdo si na zednické práce stěžuje. Napodruhé přijeli stejní zedníci opravit naše požadavky ale dopadlo to snad ještě hůř. Tím pádem máme úplně zničené okna. Za nás by jsme firmu opravdu nikomu nedoporučili.
My friend and I had windows made by PKS at the end of April. And we are both very disappointed. The overall quality of the windows would be amazing. But the masonry work we paid for from the company is disastrous. Insanely made spindles where there is not even a right angle; dirty window frames, sometimes even peeling paint, after a few openings of the window completely abraded hinges. When we spoke to the master of the company, he was still "concerned" that we were the first to complain about the masonry work. For the second time, the same bricklayers came to fix our demands, but it turned out even worse. As a result, we have completely destroyed the windows. For us, we would not really recommend the company to anyone.
