★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prace kvalitare je vlastne stejna jako prace operatora kdy kontroluje vsechny kusy z linky plus zarizuje jine veci. Asi ma predstava kvalitare je uplne nekde jinde. Ja si tam sla jen privydelat i kdyz za smesne penize 13tis. HM v 3sm. provozu. Avsak vedeni je na bodu mrazu bez kvalifikace a vzdelani. Nadrizeny kvality byl arogantni sproste hovado s prominutim bez kapky intelektu. Absolutne zadna ucta ci empatie k cloveku natoz k zenam. A to nejen ke me ale ke vsem. Take jsem se jen ohrala a utikala. Jeste jsem se s takovym pristupem nesetkala nikde a to mohu porovnat hodne. Operatori ne vsichni zavidi pozice kvalitaru i kdyz neni co. ale v teto firme zamestnaji kde koho a kdekoli takte se neni cemu divit. Delba prace ci normy nejsou nastaveny jak by mely. pro lenochy idealni. Firma by se mela jeste hodne ucit od serioznich firem treba. Za me nedoporucuji.

The superior qualities were arrogant stupid bullshit with a pardon without a drop of intellect. Absolutely no respect or empathy for man, not even for women. Not only to me but to everyone. Then I just turned and ran. I have not encountered such an approach anywhere and I can compare a lot. Operators do not all blame the quality position even when there is nothing. but in this company they employ where and wherever there is no wonder. Work division or standards are not set as they should. ideal for lazy. The company should still learn a lot from serious companies need. I don't recommend for me.
