Clovek se od prodavacu dozvi jen, ze by bylo nejlepsi, kdybych si vybral jinou. Hlavne ze nabizeji prodlouzenou zaruku? Asi mají dostatek zákazníků, já jim chybět nebudu.... Strašně rád bych mluvil s někým z vedení firmy. Pokud by někdo chtěl o problémů mluvit, o čemž pochybuji, tak 730 626 559. O	Ondra bartek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Planeo 1hvezda za to že nabízí prodlouženou záruku od pojišťovny ERGO která se při reklamaci tváří jako kdyby nic pojištěné nebylo arogantní a zamítavé odpovědi... i když je člověk v právu)Určitě nebrat prodlouženou záruku stratite zbytečně peníze a i rok života z nervama.... D	David Staigl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proti cenám a výběru žádné výhrady. Ale pozor při uplatnění prodloužené záruky ERGO na elektroniku. Dovezl jsem porouchanou televizi na pobočku, kde jsem zakoupil. Odmítli převzít s tím, že s pojišťovnou nemají nic společného. Musel jsem zaplatit dopravu na diagnostiku 1500kč. I když reklamaci uznali, byla mi částka krácena. Vrcholem bylo, že místo peněz jsem obdržel jen voucher na nákup v Elektro Planeo s tím, že jsou jejich smluvní partner. Na reklamačních linkách se dozvím akorát, že nemám jako zákazník žádné právo.
