Takže Planeo: Nic pro náročné fandy elektroniky, ti spláčou nad nedostatečně proškoleným personálem a úzkou nabídkou. Uživatelsky nedodělaný e-shop s malou provázaností s prodejnami. Za mně koncept prodejen z minulého století, nepřipravený na budoucnost. Jak mi teda vysvětlíte, že při sjednání nákupu na Vámi nabízené splátky již se nejedná o slevu 20%, ale jen 10%.Takže klamavá reklama. Nikdy jsem nebyl příznivcem Planeo elektro, resp.jsem nikdy v tomto e-shopu ani na prodejně nenakoupil.Dnes již vím , proč tomu tak bylo.E-shop absolutně NEKOMUNIKUJE a neodpovídá na dotazy.Dovolat se je prakticky nemožné,FB chat absolutně nefunguje.Zmínka o doručení do 3 dnů je jako sen.V dnešní době 3 dny na doručení po ČR??Německo doručí za 4 dny ale ok,nesmysl nicméně jsem se rozhodl počkat.Na můj dotaz v jakkém stavu je objednávka mi bylo řečeno že je odesláná a že bude následný den doručená.Ok čekám tedy a nic.Volám tedy znovu , kde je mi sděleno že je právě odeslaná,a že bude brzy doručena.Obracím se na zákaznickou linku s tím,že mám zboží jako dar a že v případě nedoručení budu nucen objednávku zrušit.Pán na lince mě ujišťuje,že bude tedy doručeno ještě dnes na prodejnu, že zadá urgenci do systému.NIC se nestalo!Proto jsem objednal u konkurence, v podvečer za 3 min info o přijetí objednávky a o 10 min později info že zboží bude dnes doručeno na požadovanou prodejnu, a připraveno k osobnímu odběru.Takže asi tak má vypadat komunikace a rychlost e-shopu milé PLANEO.Každopádně již nikdy zde nenakoupím.Mé obavy nákupu na PLANEO se potvrdily.
