★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nabídka a nákup zboží v pohodě, ALE neuzavirejte připojištění proti náhodnému poškození zboží.Tablet jsem zakoupil v prosinci 2021 s tím,že mi bylo nabídnuto připojištění proti poškození atd. a byl jsem ubezpečen prodavačkou že pojistka kryje i drobné poruchy. OK,zaplatil jsem tedy cca 600,- navíc za pojištění. Kolem 18.ledna 2022 jsem zjistil,že došlo k poškození napájecího konektoru a tablet nelze nabít. Na prodejně mě odkázali rovnou na pojišťovnu ERGO,kontaktoval jsem tedy pojišťovnu a ejhle,poškození napájecího konektoru má prý výluku z pojistného plnění neboť se jedná o závadu vzniklou užíváním a pojištění se na toto nevztahuje. Takže bacha bacha na nabídky připojištění,prodavač Vám něco nabízí ale nakonec je to vše jinak a akorát tahají s pojišťovnou z lidí prachy.

I was referred directly to the ERGO insurance company at the store, so I contacted the insurance company and lo and behold, the damage to the power connector is said to be excluded from the insurance indemnity because it is a defect caused by use and the insurance does not apply to this. So watch out for additional insurance offers, the salesman offers you something, but in the end it's all different and they just pull people's money out of the insurance company.
