Je škoda že po 12 hodinách od koupi produktu mi ho nemohli vyměnit. Firmě Krups zůstávám i tak stále věrný zákazník. Tet čekám 30 dní snad ochutnam konečně kapučíno. I bought a krups EA890810 coffee machine Unfortunately, it doesn't work after two hoodies. Unfortunately, the store met my service. It is a pity that after 12 hours of buying the product, they could not replace it for me. I still remain a loyal customer to Krups. I've been waiting for my aunt for 30 days, maybe I'll finally taste the cappuccino.

Počítač klekl po roce,autokamera za tři dny (na reklamaci řekli že byla podřená čočka,,já ji měl v autě jeden den)Televize po dvou letech a tři měsíce,opravená v prodloužené záruce a fungovala rok a tři dny. Sporák vydržel tři roky. Další televize od začátku musíme každý den ladit programy a po šesti měsících vypadly barvy,,je tam jen modrá a černá. Lednice funguje(zatím) až na třetí pokus. Dvě lednice byly vadné hned. Už nikdy v tomto obchodě. Hvězdiček bych dal mínus pět. I shopped there a lot, but !! The computer knelt after a year, the car camera in three days (the complaint said that the lens was frayed, I had it in the car for one day) Television after two years and three months, repaired under extended warranty and worked for a year and three days. The stove lasted three years. Another TV from the beginning we have to tune the programs every day and after six months the colors have fallen out, there is only blue and black. The refrigerator works (so far) until the third attempt. Two refrigerators were defective right away. Never again in this store. I would give minus five stars.
