★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem v obchodě sám byli tam 3 prodavači bavili se společně a nikdo si mne nevšiml. Takové jednání je hrůza to tam nemusí být. Tak jsem šel ke konkurenci a tam si mne hned všimly a dostal jsem na mé dotazy odpověď.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera jsme koupili v prodejně novou pračku.Byli jsme velmi spokojeni s paní Petrou, která se nám věnovala a ochotně vše vysvětlila.Ještě ten den nám pračku dovezli domů.Není, co vytknout.Doporučuji, příště určitě nakoupím zde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je mi líto i té jedné hvězdičky. Objednal jsem na netu tv, s osobním vyzvednutí na obchodě. Na internetu uvedeno, že na pobočce se nachází 2ks. Po obdržení sms, že zboží, je připraveno k vyzvednutí, jsem pro tv vyrazil. Přijdu do obchodů, personál neochotny. Zboží nepřipraveno. Prodavač se mě ptá, jestli chci Tv dnes. Říkám ano chci, je to dárek a nejsem ze Sokolova, jen zde byla skladem nejblíže k nám. Odpověď, že už mají jen tuto vystavenou a že jemu se teď nechce balit. Tak ať si pro ni přijedu zítra, že mi dá 10% slevu. Nebo za stejnou cenu i prodlouženou záruku. Pochopil bych, kdyby mi řekl, že má spoustu práce..( kterou i tak neměl, při mém příchodu zrovna kolegovi vyprávěl o nočním zážitků s nějakou slečnou) ale říct, že se mu nechce? Otočil jsem se a šel, zde opravdu ne. Jen pro představu, Objednal jsem v autě v elektrowordu jinou tv. Připravena, než jsem dorazil. Této pobočce, už se raději pro příště vyhnu. Hlavně, že váš systém mi posílá, že si mám tv vyzvednout. 1 Zbytečná cesta už stačila...
