༄	༄ウ Rekt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkušenost s nákupem v Planeo Elektro Vršava po dnešku je pro mě nejhorší zážitek poslední doby. Předčil i restrikce spojené s Covid 19. V Elektru jsme postupně zakoupili hned několik věcí-pračku, myčku, soda stream a v neposlední řadě také sušičku a mezikus mezi pračku a sušičku. Tento mezikus jsme bohužel nakonec nevyužili a tak jsme se rozhodli ho vrátit. Peníze Vám samozřejmě nevrátí a tak si musíte vybrat jiné zboží. S tím nemám problém. Ovšem neprofesionální přístup k zákazníkovi při výměně zboží, kdy Vám prodavač tvrdí že nerozbalené zboží je použité a že jste ho pravděpodobně ani na prodejně nezakoupili vás samozřejmě rozhořčí. Po zjištění, že jsme zakoupili vystavený kus se situace vysvětluje, nicméně vy jako zákazník jste donucen paní vedoucí prodejny se omluvit prodavačce za něco co jste jí vůbec neřekly. Jen na základě toho je vám umožněno si odnést vyměněné zboží. Neříkám, že zákazník má vždy pravdu, ale něco takového jsem opravdu ještě nezažila. However, the unprofessional approach to the customer when exchanging goods, when the seller tells you that the unpacked goods are used and that you probably did not buy them at the store, will of course infuriate you. After finding out that we bought the exhibited piece, the situation is explained, however, you as a customer are forced by the store manager to apologize to the saleswoman for something you did not tell her at all. Only on this basis are you allowed to take the exchanged goods. I'm not saying that the customer is always right, but I've really never experienced something like this.

M	Miroslava Holubova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Škoda, že tento obchod je trošku mimo trasu (podle toho,že tu moc lidí nebývá a ani parkoviště nyní příliš plné). Já mám zatím dobré zkušenosti.
