Rok 2018 - napsána poptávka na polep auta mailem. Úplně bez odezvy.
Rok 2021 - napsána poptávka na polep auta mailem. Bez odezvy. Zkusil jsem po 14 dnech zavolat. Paní mě odkázala na manžela. Tomu jsem volal, řekl, že si pamatuje, že mail četl a nestihl odepsat. Domluvili jsme se na schůzce. Přivezl jsem mu barvu, kterou jsem chtěl, on řekl, že objedná materiál a chtěl zaslat podklady. Ty jsem mu poslal, řekl, že nefunguje počítač a že mám týden počkat. Čekal jsem měsíc, ještě jsem zkusil jeden mail, jak to vypadá s naší objednávkou - opět se neozvali. Tady už nikdy nic.
Terrible. I have two experiences.
Year 2018 - written demand for car stickers by e-mail. Completely no response.
Year 2021 - written demand for car stickers by e-mail. Without response. I tried to call after 14 days. The lady referred me to her husband. I called him, he said he remembered reading the e-mail and not having time to write it off. We made an appointment. I brought him the color I wanted, he said he would order the material and wanted to send the documents. I sent him, he said that the computer was not working and that I should wait a week. I waited a month, I tried another email, what it looks like with our order - they did not respond again. Nothing here again.
