F	Filip Žilák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na plavání jsme se přihlásili, pán nam poslal do emailu nějaký info a přihlášku. Poslal nám termín a pak týden nereagoval na email, a telefon nebral. Na dotaz jestli by nebyl nějaký jiný čas, protože máme dítě které je dost “dominantní” a v tuto chvilku zeovna spí, tak nám po týdnu napsal email ať nechodíme, že nám napsal srozumitelně termín a že jsme v podstatě uplně hloupý. Na závěr emailu doplnil poznámku ANI NÁS TO NETRÁPÍ. S takovým chováním si myslim, že nemá cenu něco takového dělat. Na závěr připojuji fotku daného emailu. Vřele nedoporučuji, a to už jen kvůli chování pana ZDEŇKA SLÁDKA! We signed up for swimming, the gentleman sent us some info and an application by email. He sent us an appointment and then did not respond to the email for a week, and did not answer the phone. When asked if there would be any other time, because we have a child who is quite "dominant" and at this moment he is sleeping, so he wrote us an email after a week, let's not go, that he wrote us a clear term and that we are basically completely stupid. At the end of the email, he added the note IT DOESN'T Bother US. With such behavior, I don't think it's worth doing anything like that. Finally, I attach a photo of the email. I do not highly recommend, and only because of the behavior of Mr. ZDENEK SLADD!

Taky dělám služby a protože to dělám pro zákazníky a taky peníze, tak se snažím, aby to mělo nějakou úroveň. Tady to asi kdysi úroveň mělo, ale od té doby už uplynulo hodně vody. Teď se všude kolem válí nepotřebné věci jako koberec u chodniku nebo pytle s plechovkama od piva, autovrak v kopřivách před vchodem a podobně. Sem tam rozbité okno, na něm nalepený palmový list. Chybí parapet. Na recepci akvárium a v něm voda černá jak Kofola. Provozní slepota zaměstnanců a majitelů už je tady znát.... jinak dobrý, voda není žlutá. A broken window here and there, a palm leaf stuck on it. The windowsill is missing. At the reception an aquarium and water in it as black as Kofola. The operational blindness of employees and owners is already known here ... otherwise good, the water is not yellow.

Prostorné šatny, dětský koutek, zázemí s barem, vše je zde citlive přizpůsobeno pro malé a začínající plavce. Instruktoři plavání jsou profici, nejraději mají děti Radanu. Samozřejmostí je prostorný bazén se vsemi pomůckami pro nácvik jednotlivých stylu, virivka, prostor pro odpocinek a teplotní adaptaci. Rezervační a nahradovy systém je funkční a jednoduchý ? což je další výhoda. We go swimming with Puleck regularly with the children, it's been a few years and we can't praise ourselves. Swimming instructors are professionals, they prefer Radan's children. Of course, there is a spacious pool with all the tools for practicing individual styles, whirlpool, space for relaxation and temperature adaptation. The reservation and replacement system is functional and simple ? which is another advantage.
