A	Axel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was really great ! Staff were really friendly The bedroom was clean and beautiful They offered us a bottle of wine! ? The only downside was the breakfast, it was not really tasty... Thank you anyway for this pleasant stay !
T	Tendai Maggy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoh what a worst of money....the workers are tops friendly kind etc but the rooms especially the bed ...even hostels have better beds.every movement you do so does the bed.the tv didn't work the remote was with hundred years ago dust.No hygiene bags in bathroom ? No bathroom tissues the box was empty. The lobby too small the restaurant buffet you have to pay extra money for hot chocolate or cappuccino etc .Never heard of this right? Only coofe and tea was free from the buffet .Same thibgs everyday.. only 2 types of wurst .it is e most boring breakfast l have ever paid for in a hotel .Not even a sign of bacon.The greenbeans soup was tasty ? the cake too.The food we ordered at the restaurant for the evening was very delicious. Parking in their garage its 10€ per night .There is a free public parking down the road about 900ms away.The hote rooms are quite though no noise .lf you value your money this hotel is only for bistro sleeping there is disaster save your self from unnecessary stroke
A	Andrea Rossler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, breakfast and dinner restaurant was fabulous with delicious food, so was the staff - extremely helpful and nice. Location is perfect as it' s 10 minutes from the city centre by tram and away from the hustle. Would recommend it any time.

Breakfast is a free for all. The staff do not replenish the hot water, bread, butter, coffee etc until you report it. How do you manage to run out of bread/butter at breakfast time when you know how many guest you have? Very poor service.

The staff and manager (Marcel) was very helpful as well with whatever we asked for and thanks a lot for arranging for the non-alcoholic complimentary drink. We totally recommend this hotel.
J	Juliet Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Our check-in and check-out eas handled by the very hospitable Margarita. Very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to the executive joint rooms. The daily breakfast was enjoyable. Freshly made. Although it's not walking distance to the old Town square but it's only a 10 min drive away. Good and quiet rooms. One of our rooms had firmer beds than the other.

He is a morning shift, from parking our vehicle to questions about transportation, writing up notes on their paper map and suggestions. 1 star is missing due to the fact that pictures online of the room doesn't match the picture in real life ALTHOUGH still decent sized room, CLEAN and located on quiet spot there is no access to thermostat in our own room. Breakfast selection was SUPERB as well as TRAM stop. I would still comeback to this hotel when in Prague but please update your booking.com pictures.

We got lucky and could park our car indoor so that was good. Overall, good value. It’s important to mention people working in hotel - they were very helpful and friendly. In our case, it was Margarita and Marcel - thank you guys!
