Od 04/2021 plánované otevření obchodů a služeb v areálu (Pekárna Naše toustárna, obchod Babátko.cz, Mamiee.cz, pravděpodobně též kavárna / restaurace ?, sídlo firmy Beecam). V horním patře objektu cca 10 apartmánů na dlouhodobý pronájem.
V rámci rekonstrukce do dvora zasazen nový moderní bytový dům s cca 10 byty a krytým parkovacím stáním.
Rekonstrukce vytvoří pěkné místo poblíž centra obce.

The reconstruction will create a nice place near the village center.
