A nakonec jsme tam stravili asi 10hodin v cekarne. We would give 0 stars for the sisters I work there. The nurses themselves diagnose and send patients away with pneumonia. And finally we spent about 10 hours there in the waiting room.

Neměla by se dostávat vůbec k pacientům. Sister: horrible. As soon as she came out, she began to curse both patients and me. She couldn't speak Czech well, horror. She didn't help with anything, didn't taste it. It should not reach patients at all.
M	Mili H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel musím souhlasit s reakcemi pode mnou. Stačil mi telefonický kontakt, kdy se službu konající sestra rozčilovala, že volám odpoledne, byť má pohotovost 24 hodin. Její chování by se mohlo hodit spíš někam do nějaké vesnické masny (nic proti prodavačkám v masnách, ale tam by se takové chování dalo spíš tolerovat). Slečna by si měla uvědomit, že to je její práce, měla by lidem pomáhat a jestli na to nemá (inteligenci, empatii), měla by přemýšlet o změně povolání. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the reactions below me. All I had to do was make a phone contact, when the service nurse was upset that I was calling in the afternoon, even though my emergency was open 24 hours. Her behavior could be more suitable for somewhere in a village butchery (nothing against saleswomen in butchers, but there such behavior could be tolerated). The young lady should realize that this is her job, she should help people and if she doesn't have it (intelligence, empathy), she should think about changing her profession.
a	anh nhat luu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plusy: Doktoři jsou příjemný a profesionální. Mínusy: Velmi dlouhé čekací doby. Sestry spíše nepříjemný. Nikdy nezvedají telefon. Zastaralá technologie. Např. neposílají recepty po sms. Takže když chcete pro recept, tak si musíte aspoň hodinu až dvě počkat v čekárně. Pros: The doctors are friendly and professional. Cons: Very long waiting times. Sisters rather unpleasant. They never answer the phone. Obsolete technology. E.g. do not send recipes after sms. So if you want a recipe, you have to wait at least an hour or two in the waiting room.

Člověka s klidovou dušností a zápalem plic nechají čekat 4 hodiny na chodbě. Absolutní ubohost ! The worst approach I have experienced in the hospital from the point of view of a nurse with 10 years of experience. They leave a person with shortness of breath and pneumonia waiting for 4 hours in the hallway. Absolute misery!
