★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volal jsem včera odpoledne ohledně předání dárkového poukazu. Bylo mi řečeno, že emailem vouchery neposílají - buď poštou, nebo přijít osobně kterýkoli den 15-19. Dvakrát jsem se po telefonu ujišťoval, že opravdu můžu přijít kterýkoli z následujících dnů v tomto čase. Na Střelecký ostrov, kde firma funguje, jsem zašel hned další den (středa v 16:00) a tam nikdo. Jedno číslo neexistující, druhé a třetí jsem vytáčel alespoň třikrát. Poté, co jsem se dovolal, mi ten samý pán, s kterým jsem mluvil včera, v klidu oznámil, že musel včera zapomenout na to, že dnes tam nikdo nebude - že měli naplánovanou akci mimo Prahu. Dále dodal, že se omlouvá, ale že mi nabízel možnost poslat voucher poštou. To mám asi chápat tak, že mi mělo být hned jasné, že osobní předání nemusí vyjít! :D Opravdu ukázková péče o zákazníka!
I called yesterday afternoon about handing over a gift certificate. I was told that they do not send vouchers by email - either by mail or come in person any day from 15-19. I made sure on the phone twice that I could really come any of the following days at this time. I went to Střelecký ostrov, where the company operates, the very next day (Wednesday at 16:00) and no one there. One number did not exist, the second and third I dialed at least three times. After I called, the same gentleman I spoke to yesterday told me calmly that he had to forget yesterday that no one would be there today - that they had an event planned outside of Prague. He added that he apologized, but that he offered me the opportunity to send the voucher by mail. I should probably understand this in such a way that it should have been immediately clear to me that personal handover may not work out! : D Really exemplary customer care!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I realy liked this activity, the people were nice, we had a good explanation too. It is not as easy as it looks but it you will have a full hour... and you'll make a cirkle around the island. An activity especially for warm days.
