Nedokazali ovsem diagnostikovat zavadu. Na prvni pokus jen cisteni s tim, ze se uvidi. Na druhy pokus vymena elektrody bez jakekoliv snahy zjistit pricinu a velmi nedostatecna zkouska po oprave. Za kazdy vyjezd, ikdyz hlasite ze zavada neni odstranena platite a platite a technik by postupoval asi vylucovaci metodou, nez by se trefil na vadnou soucastku. V mem pripade hlasil kotel zavadu, ktera ale nebyla v kotli ale spalinove ceste. Snaha o domluvu a vraceni pomerne casti penez za servis, ktery byl z meho pohledu jako zakaznika "odflaknuty", neexistuje. Docela se desim, co vsechno by tato firma v kotli vymenila a kolik by to stalo... tuto spol nemohu doporucit dal.
Technician arrives at the speed - OK.
However, they could not diagnose a defect. On the first attempt just clean with seeing you. On the second attempt to replace the electrodes without any effort to determine the cause and very inadequate test after repair. For each exit, even if the speaker is no longer removed valid and payable, and the technician would follow the elimination method before they hit the defective component. In a mem case, the boiler voiced a defect, but it was not in the boiler but the flue way. There is no effort to arrange and return a fair amount of service money, which in my view was "depressed" as a customer. Quite desim what everything would replace the company in the boiler and how much it would cost ... this company can not recommend.
