L	Lukasz Dziegiel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recomand to visit that city. wery beautiful place. The train station is great! I LOVE the style of the bulding. There is reconstruction right now, but it is clear how to get to the right train. Please, don't listen opinions about dirt, because it is usually clean, and I know what I am talking about, becouse I'm using that station a lot.
D	Dan Tes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful historic building. Big railway station with waiting room with free WiFi connection in the upper floor near elevator. Some reconstruction works on front of the building. But two side exists (on both sides) are opened. Ticket office situated at down floor. WC on the upper floor. Info desk and some shops and food service on the down floor. Newspaper shop on upper floor.

S	Shantanu Paranjape on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful building! The melody played before the announcements stays as an ear worm. Toilets are paid (around 10 crowns) and are very clean. They also have many small imbiss, restaurants. Also, the city centre is very close to the central station. A lot of small fast food takeaways outside the station, notably the kebab place on Americka street.

The people behind the counter are looking at you weirdly, and repeat and repeat something in Czech even if you make it clear with your hands that you don't understand Czech. Good luck to get a ticket here, there is also no automatic terminal where you can buy tickets. Only one person in the whole train station could speak a bit German, which help us a little bit. Bad experience

The Czech Republic has made free using of public transport for refugees from Ukraine. We learn Czech every day, we are interested in culture and history of this wonderful country because we want to show our respect and gratitude. Instead, the station worker says that we are not refugees, because we speak Czech too fluently. Unpleasant.
