Unfortunately, the company does not respond at all. A few weeks ago I filled out their questionnaire on the web, then wrote an email and no response.

firma PM reko nám dělala rekonstrukci velké části bytu (koupelna, příprava na kuchyň s rozvody sítí, plyn, elektřina, podlahy) a budeme s nimi určitě pokračovat i v budoucnu, jsme opravdu moc spokojeni. Toto je naše několikátá rekonstrukce a ve srovnání s ostatními je PM reko opravdu TOP firma. Komunikace s jednateli i řemeslníky z firmy je skvělá. Když se něco nepovede tak, jak bychom si přáli, hned všechno vyřešili, platí všechny dohody. Firmu určitě dopuručujeme!

PM reko company has reconstructed a large part of the apartment (bathroom, preparation for the kitchen with mains, gas, electricity, floors) and we will definitely continue with them in the future, we are very satisfied. This is our several-time reconstruction and compared to the others, PM reko is really a TOP company. Communicating with company executives and craftsmen is great. If something goes wrong as we wish, they have solved everything right now, all agreements are true. We definitely recommend the company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've made the mistake that I chose this company for the reconstruction of my appartment. It was supposed to be rather easy job (not a lot of major works needed), however it took them approx. 9 months to hand over the appartment back (in unfinished condition though) and after almost a year the works aren't still complete as there are still some unfinished things and unresolved issues. The owner communicates poorly - no responses to many calls, excuses, or just silence on complaints, false promises, slow action and generally terrible time management. Just unbelievable.
Maybe they used to be better, but based on my current experience I suggest to avoid them as there are definitely better options.
