I used the services here before, including bike storage. But then I found Best Drive in Nymburk, where I was pleasantly surprised by my service, approach and expertise, so I haven't been here for 2 years. And I still do not need to go here, even though I have around the corner.

One star is still very much ... There is no price list on the website, how much they charge for changing a tire (if not the final amount, then it could be at least the amount for individual operations). So when I called them, they told me (after specifying all the specifics) a maximum of 1100 CZK, and that's supposed to be a lot. Reality? Due to "acceleration", they use an online ordering system for tire service. The difference compared to ordering was twenty minutes, so that someone exchanged tires for winter (putting on the same rims I came on) over an hour (in the meantime, three clients who came after me ......) and the price of 1398 CZK? ! When I asked about the individual items, or why the price is so different and, moreover, exorbitant, when for this amount I would slowly get elsewhere in a double shoe, they could not answer me. They only changed the amount to CZK 1103, with the proviso that they did not have to adjust the amounts in the system in order to get to the second prize and go straight to the ticket! So the question arises as to whether they were just trying and hoping to take even more, or whether the system is miraculous and works on the basis of what it hears. I'll leave that to everyone's judgment. For clarification only: these were completely new tires purchased the day before the visit of PNEU Černý - Šafránek, the car also underwent winter service and maintenance before this change, incl. geometry and belongs to the new models (Octavia III). So I don't think the problem was on my side and the car was so bad that they would have to pay attention to it for so long and it should cost so much. Although it's a good Saturday opening time that you don't have to deal with these things during the week you go to work, I'd rather arrange it differently next time so that I don't have to visit this tire service again. Unfortunately, I probably miss the goats that the customer had, which arrived half an hour after they started changing wheels on my car. Otherwise, I can't explain why I had to wait another ten minutes for it to go to the cash register and pay when the car was done and waiting to be paid before the mistress went to pay. The fact that I had a small child with me, who logically didn't enjoy it there after an hour and a half, is probably not worth divorcing ...

We have been coming here for a long time and I have always been satisfied. I can only recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speed. I just went to change, but on the way a hose near my engine burst and diesel started to leak. During the wheel change, they noticed that my car was flowing a bit, they replaced the hose. Quickly and I would say cheaply solve the problem, so great for me.

Perfect service, modern dishwasher, always very favorable fuel prices. As a bonus, the recent renovation of the interior of the cash register.
