Ale nakonec celkem kvalitní, relativně rychlá práce. Hvězda dolů za přístup od mechaniků. Lepší přístup a komunikace s lidmi by neškodila :) I was here on geometry. The ordering system does not work rather than works. I didn't feel like they were counting on me. But in the end, quite good, relatively fast work. Star down for access from mechanics. Better access and communication with people would not hurt :)

Za mě super přístup. 22.4. there was a change of shoes and everything was in perfect order. They also made it possible to lift the car and inspect the chassis after the winter. Great approach for me.

K	Klára Leinweberová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: ze servisu se po recenzi ozvali a celou situaci chtěli řešit a opravit zbylé věci zdarma. Klobouk dolů. Už máme vyřešeno odjinud, ale chválím přístup a ochotu. Nevěřila jsem tomu, že by tuto variantu nekdo nabidl kdybychom se s tím ozvali... Po srážce se srnou jsem byla nucena využít servis jako smluvního partnera od pojišťovny. Bohužel nikdo si nevšiml že golf je r-line a při vyzvednutí jsme auto odmítli převzít jelikož dali nárazník z obyc golfa, co dodat. Vzajemne jsme si ale vysli vstric a nakonec vše proběhlo v pořádku a slevili nám půlku spoluúčasti, což bylo skvělé gesto. Co mě nyní dost mrzí je, že servis bohužel nebyl provedeny kompletně a nebyly zjištěny veškeré závady, co srna způsobila. A to byla zodpovědnost servisu. Ze neudělají geometrii se mi zdá směšné. Zjištěno až nyni pri výměně kol. Bohuzel narazem zaroven jeste praskla nádoba na kapalinu do ostrikovacu u kotviciho sroubu a to asi nikdo nezkoumal. Jsou to drobnosti, které jsme zjistili až následně, ale geometrii a tim nasledkem sjeté gumy už mi nikdo nezaplatí a novou nadobku také ne... domluva v servisu skvělá, to se musí nechat, ten neúplný servis to ale nevykompenzuje. We have already solved it from elsewhere, but I praise the approach and willingness. I didn't believe that anyone would offer this option if we contacted us ... After the collision with the doe, I was forced to use the service as a contractual partner from the insurance company. Unfortunately, no one noticed that the golf is r-line and when we picked it up, we refused to take over the car because they gave the bumper from the golf community what to supply. But we went out of our way and in the end everything went well and reduced our participation by half, which was a great gesture. What I'm quite sorry about now is that the service was unfortunately not performed completely and not all the defects that the doe caused were found. And that was the responsibility of the service. They don't make geometry ridiculous to me. Detected only now when changing wheels. Unfortunately, at the same time, the liquid container burst into the washer at the anchor bolt, and probably no one examined it. These are the little things that we found out only later, but the geometry and the consequence of the worn rubber no one will pay me and neither will the new container ... the service agreement is great, it must be left, but the incomplete service will not compensate.
