Although I have always been satisfied with the attitude and quality in the past, now unfortunately the opposite is true. Let me share my new experience with this service. Since I found uneven wear of the original tires on the car, it was necessary to do the geometry. So I agreed in this service on the geometry that I will leave their car and pick it up "when it is, then it will be" with the fact that I do not hurry. With the car I went to the service without any problem, left it there and after about 3 hours the lady from the counter calls me that the geometry can not do, because the axle is stiff and the car is in a state where it would be necessary to repair the chassis for about 25 thousand crowns. I refuse to pick up the car and resolve the faults myself. So the next day I go to pick up the car and from the point of view, it is clear to me that the car did not move from place. I'll pick up the key from the lady at the counter, hear again about the very poor technical condition of the vehicle and the cost of repair. Thanks to go away. But the car does not start, the flashlight at freezing point and after 15 minutes of "charging" over the cables of my other vehicle will start the car. After starting the lady at the store tells me that the car was not in the workshop at all and that the engineers refused to do the geometry because the car does not start. After diagnosing the battery and recharging system, everything is fine, so I really don't know what happened to the car. I do not understand this approach. Why does the service tell me misinformation about FICTIVE defects for 25,000 crowns when they saw the car only in the parking lot. I note that the geometry is already done elsewhere, in half an hour and without any problems. I wish you much success, I recommended you everywhere .. a pity of this experience.

Perfect handling and service. On the way from Prague to Croatia, after changing the oil, the screws on the engine cover fell out and while driving faster, the plastics hit the structure. I called most of the services and here they agreed to come without an order and solved the problem. I was back on the road in half an hour.
