★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VELMI NEDOPORUČUJI OBZVLÁŠŤ OBJEDNÁVÁNÍ PŘES INTERNET,
Objednaval sem si 4.1 alu disky pochopím že když jdou z Německa že to zabere tyden 2 než se mi doručí a pochopím i to že se někdy může stát že se odešle špatně zboží, ale co mi už hlava nebere je ta že když sem jim tedy špatné zašlané disky vratil že na ně budu čekat další 3 týdny zeptal sem se tedy jaky je stav zboží a bylo mi řečeno že dodavatel opět poslal špatný disk takže sem čekal zhruba další týden po tom co mě konečně kontaktovalo dpd že mi bude doručovací zásilku zjistil sem že mi ji opět poslali špatně tentokrát s dobirkou i když sem nemel nic platit takže další čekání,,,,a když sem je konečně otevřel bylo vše v pořádku až na jeden který je lehce poškrábání v místě kam se dává pneumatika ???
Už si nikdy nebudu v tomto obchodu nic objednavat, velka nespokojenost.

I ordered 4.1 aluminum discs I understand that if they come from Germany that it will take a week 2 before it is delivered to me and I will understand that sometimes it can happen that the wrong goods are sent, but what I do not mind is that if I get them wrong he returned the sent disks that I would wait for them for another 3 weeks, so I asked me what the condition of the goods was and I was told that the supplier sent the wrong disk again so I waited here about another week after finally contacted dpd that I would find a delivery shipment here I was sent wrong again this time with cash on delivery, even though I didn't have to pay anything, so another wait ,,,, and when I finally opened it, everything was fine except for one which is slightly scratched in the place where the tire is put ???
I will never order anything in this store again, great dissatisfaction.

EDIT: 14.1.2022 jsem dojel 15 minut před zavírací dobou s defektem pneu. Za 10 minut jsem měl auto přistavené k odjezdu, pneu opravená ... Pánové, děkuji vám, jste kouzelníci, moc jste mi pomohli !
So far, full satisfaction with services and shopping.
EDIT: 14.1.2022 I arrived 15 minutes before closing time with a flat tire. In 10 minutes I had the car ready to leave, the tires repaired ... Gentlemen, thank you, you are magicians, you helped me a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi arogantní jednání, než by přiznali chybu a omluvili se, tak začnou útočit a vymlouvat se na vše možné. Z legrace si zde recenze seřaďte od negativních, ať se dozvíte pravdu o pneu ok. Ze své zkušenosti rozhodně nedoporučuji.
Very arrogant actions before they admit a mistake and apologize, so they start attacking and making excuses. For fun, sort the reviews from negative to let you know the truth about tires. From my experience, I definitely do not recommend.
