★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmu jsem vybral protoze mnou pozadovany rozmer neni prilis rozsireny. Vyborna komunikace , i po telefonu, velni rychle dodani. Jeste vice mne prekvapili, kdyz jsem zakoupene 4 ks pneu potreboval vratit, cekal jsem obstrukce typu chybejicich nalepek na pneumatikach nebo neco o nemocne ucetni. Nic takoveho. V pondeli jsem zavolal, ze chci pneu vratit, prisel mi informativni mail , jak na to. V utery jsem pneu vratil a ve stredu jeste dopoledne jsem mel penize na svem uctu. Je treba neco dodavat? Kez by takhle fungovali i jini.
I chose the company because the size I requested is not very widespread. Excellent communication, even over the phone, very fast delivery. I was even more surprised when I needed to return 4 of the purchased tires, I was expecting obstructions such as missing stickers on the tires or something about a sick accountant. Nothing like that. On Monday I called that I want to return the tires, I received an informative e-mail on how to do it. I returned the tires on Tuesdays and on Wednesday mornings I had money in my account. Is there anything to add? This is how others would work.
