D	Dx X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutní nespokojenost Objednal jsem si zadní pneumatiku na motorku i s celkovou výměnou. Po necelém týdnu jsem dorazil na domluvený čas. Bylo mi řečeno že pneumatika nedorazila, nikdo mi nedal vědět i přes to že měli můj kontakt. V dalším termínu mi vyměnili pneumatiku, na které jsem cestou domů ujel 20 kilometrů, náhle se ozvala rána, po zastavení jsem zjistil že mám ulomený šroub i s krytem napínáku na zadním kole, který byl nejspíše volný a tak se otočil a ulomil o rozetu. Po kontrole krytu napínáku i na druhé straně jsem zjistil že i ten je volný, což znamená že nebyly řádně dotaženy. Po reklamaci si mechanik ofotil technický průkaz s tím, že objedná nový a zavolá mi. Týden se nic nedělo, tak jsem tam zavolal, zvedl to majitel který mi řekl že se zeptá a zavolá mi. Druhý den volá s tím že to není jejich vina, že to byla pouze souhra náhod a že mechanik na tyto napínáky vůbec nešahal. Jako kdyby nebyla samozřejmost že se při výměně kola tyto napínaky musí dotáhnout. Přišel jsem o dva dny dovolené, motorka tři týdny stála, nový napínák stál 1900kč a omluva žádná. Absolute dissatisfaction I ordered a rear tire for a motorcycle with a complete replacement. After less than a week, I arrived on time. The next time they changed my tire, which I drove 20 kilometers on the way home, suddenly there was a blow, after stopping I found that I had a broken screw with a tensioner cover on the rear wheel, which was probably loose, so he turned and broke the rosette. After checking the tensioner cover on the other side, I found that it is also loose, which means that they were not properly tightened. After the complaint, the mechanic took a photo of the technical card, ordering a new one and calling me. Nothing happened for a week, so I called there, the owner picked it up and told me that he would ask and call me. The next day he calls out that it's not their fault that it was just a coincidence and that the mechanic didn't touch these tensioners at all. As if it were not a matter of course that when changing the wheel, these tensioners must be tightened. I lost two days off, the motorcycle stood for three weeks, the new tensioner cost 1900 CZK and no apology.
