★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S panem Berkou jsem se domluvil, že přijedu vyvážit a opravit kola. Přijel jsem do servisu. Moje první návštěva. Slušně jsem pozdravil. On a jeho kolega bez odpovědi. Řekl jsem, proč jsem tam...úplně bez zájmu, dál montovali kola. Čekal jsem asi 10 minut, jestli o mě projeví zájem, že jim chce člověk udělat kšeft a nechat tam peníze...nic. Jel jsem jinam. Takové jednání se zákazníkem jsem dlouho nezažil. Vřele nedoporučuji!!!
I agreed with Mr Berka that I would come to balance and repair the wheels. I came to the service. My first visit. I greeted politely. He and his colleague without answer. I said why I was there ... completely uninterested, fitting the wheels. I waited about 10 minutes to see if I was interested in making a deal and leaving money there ... nothing. I went elsewhere. I have not experienced such a deal with a customer for a long time. I highly recommend it !!!
