Ich bin aus Deutschland und habe in Teplice Urlaub gemacht . Als meine Bremsleitungen bei meinem alten W124 Mercedes kaputt war haben sie es sich angeschaut und begutachtet .
Leider konnte das Personal kein Englisch oder Deutsch aber sie haben mich nicht weg geschickt . Sie haben sich viel Zeit genommen mir alles zu erklären und alle meine Fragen zu beantworten . Wir haben dafür das Handy mit einem Übersetzungsprogramm benutzt.
Diesen Aufwand zu betreiben ist nicht selbstverständlich .
Ich bin sehr dankbar für die Hilfe und kann diese Werkstatt im Thema Kundenfreundlichkeit sehr empfehlen .
 The staff is very helpful .
I am from Germany and I was on vacation in Teplice. When my brake lines on my old W124 Mercedes were broken, they looked at it and examined it.
Unfortunately the staff couldn't speak English or German but they didn't send me away. You took a lot of time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. We used the mobile phone with a translation program for this.
Making this effort is not a matter of course.
I am very grateful for the help and can highly recommend this workshop in terms of customer friendliness.

Jakože nechápu servis, co si účtuje práci, kterou neudělal, prohodí pravý čep za levý, vrátí "vyměněná " ložiska z jiného auta a při snaze řešit problém nereaguje. Rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI! Fušeřina neskutečná, na autě, díky profesionalitě daného mechanika, tak byly nutné další a zbytečné několikatisícové výdaje... Díky.
Ok prices, ok speed, but otherwise a disaster ... As I don't understand the service that charges for the work it didn't do, it swaps the right pin for the left one, returns "replaced" bearings from another car and doesn't respond when trying to solve the problem. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED! Fušřina unreal, on the car, thanks to the professionalism of the mechanic, so additional and unnecessary expenses of several thousand were necessary ... Thanks.
