★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechávál jsem přehazovat a vyvažovat kola. S autem jsem vyjel na dalnici a při rychlosti 110 km se auto neskutečně klepalo. Vzhledem k tomu, že jsem nemohl z prac. důvodů zpět do servisu, kola jsem si nechal převážit jinde, kde se divili, ze každé kolo je špatně a hlavně o dost nevyvážené. Po telefonátu do Pneuservisu Šebera a sdělení této informace, mě slečně/paní odbila s tí, že jsem nejspíš vyjel díru a že toto nemůže byt jejich chyba. Když jsem ji na to odpověděl, že dobře vyvážené kolo nebylo ani jedno, začala mi dál nesmyslně argumentovat. Být paní do telefonu příjemná a kdyby řekla, může se to stát, omlouváme se, neřešil bych to dále. Chyba není na jejich straně. Nepožadoval jsem finanční náhradu, jen jsem je upozornil na chybu, která se stala. Slečna a paní na me i tak byla dále nepříjemná a skála mi do řeči. Vzhledem k neodborně provedené práci a neadekvátnímu, až neslušnému chování slečně/paní na telefonu tento servis stoprocentně nedoporučuji.
I let the wheels change and balance. I drove to the highway with the car and at 110 km the car was knocking. Since I could not work. back to service, I had the wheels outweighed elsewhere, wondering that each round is bad and mainly quite unbalanced. After a phone call to the Šebera Tire Service and the announcement of this information, I missed the lady / lady with the fact that I probably drove a hole and that this could not be their fault. When I replied that a well balanced bike was neither, she continued to argue nonsensically. Being a lady on the phone pleasant and if she said it could happen, we apologize, I would not solve it further. The fault is not on their side. I did not ask for financial compensation, I just warned them of the mistake that happened. Still, the lady and the lady on me were still uncomfortable and the rock to me. Due to improperly performed work and inadequate, even indecent behavior of Miss / Lady on the phone, I do not recommend this service 100%.

Příště Komorovice - určitě ne dražší, platba kartou a účtenka samozřejmnost, utažení momentem
