★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dnešní zkušenosti již nikdy více. Přijel jsem s tím, že při vyměně kol se mi nepodařilo sundat jedno z kol, jestli by na to mohli mrknout. Vzali mě hned, za to alespoň ta jedna hvězda. Výměna toho jednoho kola zabrala technikovi na dvoře asi 10 minut (stačilo pár ran gumovou palicí). Když přišlo na placení, paní/slečna na recepci mi oznámila částku 600 Kč. Tahle částka mě trochu zaskočila a tak jsem se recepční zeptal, jestli si normálně účtujou 600 za jedno kolo a ona přinasraně pronesla, že takovou částku ji řekl technik. Neměl jsem ani náladu, ani čas na to se s ní dohadovat, tak jsem to zaplatil. Btw. karty prý neberou a neměla nazpět na tisícovku, takže opět přinasraně ještě hledala peníze ve vlastní peněžence. Největší překvapení bylo při odchodu, kde jsem si všiml ceníku na kterém se uvádí montáž+demontáž jednoho 17" kola za 110 Kč. Pochopil bych nějaký příplatek za to, že jsem nebyl objednaný a že mě vzali hned, třeba +50 až +100%, ale +500% oproti ceníku mi přijde fakt jako zlodějina. Takže pokud potřebujete solidní servis, doporučuji se ohlédnout jinde.
 After today's experience, never again. I came up with the idea that when I changed the wheels, I couldn't take one of the wheels off if they could take a look. They took me right away, at least one star for it. Replacing that one wheel took a technician in the yard about 10 minutes (a few blows with a rubber mallet were enough). When the payment came, the lady / lady at the reception informed me the amount of 600 CZK. This amount surprised me a bit, so I asked the receptionist if they would normally charge 600 for one round, and she said that the technician had said such an amount. I had neither the mood nor the time to argue with her, so I paid for it. Btw. they said they didn't take the cards and she didn't have a thousand back, so she was still looking for money in her own wallet. The biggest surprise was when I left, where I noticed a price list stating the assembly + disassembly of one 17 "wheel for 110 CZK. I would understand some surcharge for not being ordered and that they took me right away, for example +50 to + 100% , but + 500% compared to the price list sounds like a thief to me, so if you need solid service, I recommend looking elsewhere.
