★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rychlá reakce a skvělý přístup. Paní Heroutová mi volala ohledně toho, že termín v hotelu, který jsem žádala, již není volný. Okamžitě mi nabídla jiný pobyt (mnohem hezčí) a také mi ho i podržela, než jsme se s přítelem rozhodli. :)
 Quick response and great approach. Mrs. Herout called me about the fact that the date I asked for was no longer available. She immediately offered me another stay (much nicer) and also held it for me before my friend and I decided. :)
