★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již řadu let jsem spokojená s připojením i se službami pana Filipa Kuzdase. Rychlost připojení je výborná, komunikaces nim velmi dobrá. Pokud se vyskytne problém, nebo je pitreba s čímkoli poradit (a to i např. výběr telefonu, televize, tiskárny...), je s velkou rychlostí k dispozici. Je rádcem a pomocníkem i na dálku, dovede si poradit i s mým amaterizmem v I. T. - :) Má velmi vstřícný a empatický přistup při jednání se zákazníkem. Jsem ráda, že se stále najdou takoví lidé, kteří dělají svou práci naplno a jak se má. DOPORUČUJI

If there is a problem or you need advice on anything (including, for example, choosing a phone, television, printer ...), it is available at great speed. He is a mentor and helper even from a distance, he can also deal with my amateurism in I. T. - :) He has a very helpful and empathetic approach to dealing with the customer. I am glad that there are still people who do their job to the fullest and as it should be. I RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zapeklitý problém s nefunkčním notebookem se sice panu Kuzdasovi nepodařilo rozlousknout, ale férově jsme se domluvili na zprostředkování opravy u partnerské firmy. Pan Kuzdas vše zastřešil, oprava byla naceněná a následně provedená ke spokojenosti. Mohu doporučit.
Mr. Kuzdas did not manage to crack the intricate problem with the non-functional laptop, but we fairly agreed to arrange a repair at a partner company. Mr. Kuzdas covered everything, the repair was priced and then made to satisfaction. I can recommend.
