I was here to handle the termination of the contract and return the used equipment, otherwise I have no experience with the company. I was pleasantly pleased by the lady who spoke to me, a highly professional approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerný internet, bohužel v Karviné si nevyberete. Slabý signál, padá to, načítá se dlouho. A řešení problému? Přes telefon řeknou, aby si člověk restartoval router. Rada za všechny prachy....
Terrible internet, unfortunately you can't choose in Karviná. Weak signal, it falls, it takes a long time. And the solution to the problem? They tell the phone to restart the router. Advice for all the money ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Určitě nedoporučuji najednou nejdou přetáčet reklamy , nehodlám platit za nucené sledování reklam , doufám že to zítra někdo objasní a vyřeší jinak odstupuji od smlouvy a mění poskytovatele a myslím si že nebudu jediný. Toto je nehorázný krok který si opravdu mohou dovolit firmy jen v Čr , gratuluji jste na skvělé cestě odradit většinu zákazníků.
I certainly do not recommend suddenly do not rewind the ads, I do not intend to pay for forced ad tracking, I hope that someone will clarify and solve it tomorrow, otherwise I withdraw from the contract and change providers and I think I will not be the only one. This is an outrageous step that companies in the Czech Republic can really afford, congratulations on a great way to discourage most customers.
