★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná domluva. Část realizace proběhla, dále proběhla domluva na dalším termínu realizace schodiště v další části bytového domu. Když přišel onen termín, nikdo nám nebral telefon. Psali jsme email opakovaně se žádostí o náhradní termín, bez úspěchu. Po osobní schůzce (náhodně jsem potkal pána na městě), jsem se připomněl, tak se omluvil, že toho má moc, ale že pošle co nejdříve bližší info. Od té doby vůbec nekomunikuje. Zkomplikovalo nám to práci, že schodiště bude muset po této rozdělané práci někdo jiný... Špatná zkušenost.

When the deadline came, no one answered our phone. We wrote an email repeatedly asking for a replacement date, without success. After a personal meeting (I accidentally met a gentleman in town), I was reminded, so he apologized that he had the power, but that he would send more info as soon as possible. He has not communicated at all since then. It complicated our work that someone else would have to take the stairs after this divided work ... Bad experience.
