Pleasant service

My experience with this company was very negative from the very beginning. Immediately after my arrival at the store on Masarykova Street, I was greeted by a lady, whom I apparently disturbed during a morning siesta with an electronic cigarette, which she put away after about a minute of my presence. The fact that she greeted me half-heartedly, that she didn't put on a respirator even though they have on the door, that entry is only allowed with a respirator too, but what surprised me a lot is that the lady in question was very arrogant. When I explained to the lady why I was there, that even though I already had one price calculation, she had a price calculation made by their company, she told me very arrogantly with a raised voice that she did not have the only desire to send someone to focus on and then calculate price for free, even if they have it as a service on their website. The lady explained to me that I would have it done by another company anyway and that they still didn't have time to have a bunch of orders. I believe that nowadays this procedure (making more price calculations) is a completely common practice. The price, the quality of the work and, last but not least, the willingness and helpfulness always speak, which the lady obviously lacks. It is true that the lady, after "explaining" all this to me with a raised voice, offered to process my price calculation from the table, but again, I did not have a single desire to negotiate with this company and the lady to negotiate further. The lady obviously lacks a managerial approach and empathy.

I definitely do not recommend this company. They did the work quickly, but after the workers left the apartment, we found several shortcomings (missing perimeter rails, uneven floors and detachable lino and transition strips). The company stopped picking up the phone, and after calling from another number, they promised to send someone as soon as they had time. After about half a year of guessing, a young man appeared at the door, who was sent to eliminate the shortcomings, but because he did not have the necessary things with him, he left again. By the end of the warranty period, we were no longer able to call the company and the floors for which the company charged 90,000 remained unfinished.
