P	Pavel RichTAR on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již bývalý mlýn pod hrází rybníku Podlesák, kde jsou ustájeni koně. Do 50 let. 20stoleti fungoval jako vodní dílo i s mlynářem a hastrmanem. Zachovala se jen stodola. V blízkosti je jelení obora. Teče zde Říčanský potok. Skvělé místo pro relax v přírodě a báječný odpočinek. Naleznete zde i drobné občerstvení. Already a former mill under the dam of the Podlesák pond, where horses are housed. Up to 50 years. For 20 centuries it also functioned as a waterworks with a miller and a hastrman. Only the barn has survived. There is a deer park nearby. The Říčanský stream flows here. Great place to relax in nature and wonderful rest. You will also find small snacks here.

Přes léto je otevřený stánek Bistro Podlesák u kterého můžete opéct buřty, ochutnat vynikající nakládaný hermelín a pivo a jako novinku tento rok mají i nedělní večerní promítání filmů . Na 200 m dlouhé hrázi 8 dubů, prohlášených za památné stromy; další mohutný dub stojí při pravém břehu potoka pod mlýnem. Při vtoku Netluckého potoka do rybníku je ornitologicky významný jasanový lužní lesík. Na levém břehu rybníka stojí zchátralá budova staré vodárny z roku 1866, která dodávala vodu do uhříněveského cukrovaru. Pod hrází nevelký lůmek na ordovické křemence, využívaná počátkem 20. stol. na štěrk; fragment skalní stepi, který v minulosti na této skalce uváděn, již zaniklý. Rybník bývá považován za poslední pozůstatek rybniční soustavy, která vznikla v okolí Dubče počátkem 16.století, není však vyloučeno, že je ještě starší než tato dnes již zaniklá soustava. Rybník byl vybudován jako průtočný, dnešní (více méně nefunkční) levobřežní obtočný kanál je až mnohem mladšího data. Roku 1919 zde zřízeny tzv. říční lázně, vodním sportům slouží rybník v omezené míře i v současné době. Uhříněves, Dubeč (Prague Plateau / Prague) Pond (14 ha) and mill on Říčanský creek. The pond is considered to be the last remnant of the pond system, which was established in the vicinity of Dubč at the beginning of the 16th century, but it is not excluded that it is even older than this now extinct system. The pond was built as a flow-through, today's (more or less non-functional) left-bank flow channel is much younger. In 1919, the so-called river spa was established here. The pond also serves water sports to a limited extent even nowadays.

Původní objekt byl zbořen, od základů vystavěn znovu a přeměněn na luxusní haciendu s chovem koní. Z původního mlýna se zachovala jen stodola.
