R	Radka Vorlickova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokaždé jsem u jiného lékaře. Marně se snažím objednat na kontrolu telefonicky, nikdo to nikdy nezvedne a pak me spadnou, kdyz přijdu bez objednávky! Bohužel ani doporučení lékaře nestojí za nic. I'm always with another doctor. In vain I try to order for a phone call, no one will ever pick it up and then I will fall when I come without an order! Unfortunately, the doctor's recommendation is not worth it.

Byla jsem, a ne jednou, svědkem, že nezvedaly telefon, i přestože neměly co na práci v danou chvíli a byli tam dvě!!!! Pokaždé, když jsem chtěla konzultaci s lékařem, poslaly mě pryč se slovy: "je plná čekárna" ( tam NEBYL NIKDO)!!! Vystavení receptu do druhého dne. Žádala jsem je, že si stoupnu do fronty a počkám. Striktně mi řekly, že NE!! Mám si přijít druhý den (v čekárně nebyl žádný pacient!!) Tak se opět uvolním z práce, abych vyzvedla recept. LÉKAŘI doporučuji, ale práce sester STRAŠNÝ !!! Everything spoils the inhuman approach of the sisters. Sometimes you don't even get to the doctor! You don't call because the nurses don't answer the phone. I witnessed, and not once, that they did not answer the phone, even though they had nothing to do at the time and there were two of them !!!! Every time I wanted a consultation with a doctor, they sent me away with the words: "the waiting room is full" (THERE WAS NO ONE) !!! Issuance of the recipe until the next day. I asked them to line up and wait. They strictly told me NO !! I have to come the next day (there was no patient in the waiting room !!) So I will leave work again to pick up the recipe. I recommend the DOCTORS, but the work of the nurses is FEAR !!!
L	Ludvík Malinský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normální praktický lékař, objednání emailem na přesnou dobu (dopoledne). Po příchodu ohlášení na recepci, doktorka mě vzala 5 minut po objednací době. Doktorka mluví slovensky, ale je milá, proklientský přístup. Vedle je ještě druhá doktorka, ale u té sem nebyl, ale mají stejnou sestřičku. Normal practitioner, ordering by e-mail at the exact time (morning). Upon arrival at the reception, the doctor took me 5 minutes after ordering time. The doctor speaks Slovak, but she has a nice, pro-client approach. There's another doctor next door, but he's not here, but they have the same nurse.
J	Jana Novotná on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto nepochopitelně nepříjemný personál. V čekárně na recepci u praktického lékaře jak někde v protialkoholní léčebně, kde recepční je nejdůležitejší na světě. Nehledě na to, že strašně smrdí, je cítit smradem, pořád chodí kouřit což jen doplňuje špinavé a zašlé prostředí. Pokud nechodíte k lékaři často, potkáte se vždy s novým lékařem, protože v tomhle prostředí zřejmě nikdo dlouho nevydrží. Je to jen pro silné povahy, kterým nevadí špína, smrad recepční a její nepříjemné vystupování. Sestry jsou hodné, bohužel neumí ani odebrat krev bez modřin, doktorky pasivní.. nedejbože že byste něco potřebovali. NEDOPORUČUJI. Pokud potřebujete praktického lékaře, určitě najdete v okolí nějakého slušného jiného profesionála. Podolská ordinace to určitě není. Absolutely incomprehensibly unpleasant staff. If you do not see a doctor often, you will always meet a new doctor, because no one will probably last long in this environment. It's only for strong characters who don't mind the dirt, the stench of the receptionist and her unpleasant demeanor. The nurses are good, unfortunately they can't even take blood without bruising, passive doctors ... don't worry, you need something. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you need a general practitioner, you will definitely find a decent other professional around. It is definitely not a Podolská surgery.
M	May04bwu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze zákona vás praktický lékař nesmí odmítnout ošetřit během ordinační doby. Tohle je opravdu zvláštní ordinace. Nutit lidi chodit na pohotovost s angínou jen proto, že přišli po 9:30. Nade mnou se ještě jedna sestra slitovala, ale ostatní byly proti. V čekárně byl 1!!! pacient. Já jsem přišla o hlas a měla jsem horečku 39. Byla jsem ráda, že jsem se vůbec doplazila na místo. Bylo mi tak hrozně, že jsem v čekárně následně usnula. Odmítnout ošetřit člověka v takovém stavu je tristní. Doktorka byla už moc fajn, pečlivá a starostlivá, ale teď se bojím vůbec se do ordinace vrátit. Dále jsem byla v ordinaci jen kvůli administrativě a s tou žádný problém nebyl. By law, your GP may not refuse to treat you during your office hours. This is a really special surgery. Forcing people to go to emergency room with angina just because they came after 9:30. There was another mercy on me, but the others were against it. There was 1 in the waiting room !!! patient. I lost my voice and had a fever of 39. I was glad I had crawled into place. I was so terrible that I fell asleep in the waiting room. Refusing to treat a person in such a condition is sad. The doctor was already very nice, careful and caring, but now I'm afraid to go back to the office at all. Furthermore, I was in the office only for administration and there was no problem with that.
B	Barbora Vys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V současné době chápu snahu sestry si usnadnit práci, nicméně je snazší a hlavně rychlejší vyhledat informace o pacientovi v kartě, a pak případně ověřit, než psát x zbytečných emailů "o blbostech" a tím zdržovat celý proces. Úplně systematicky nezvedají telefon (to si můžete kdokoli snadno ověřit) a je to tam tak roky, jak je ostatně vidět i tady z ostatních recenzí. Když jsem se jim druhý týden konečně na potřetí v jeden den dovolal, s tím, že bych potřeboval nějak získat potvrzení o prodělaném covidu, řekli mi, že mi žádné nedají, protože jsem se měl hlásit v den, kdy jsem se šel testovat. Na otázku, jak jsem to měl udělat, když jim celý týden snad 8x volám a oni to neberou mi sestřička řekla, že 8x za týden je celkem málo. Chtěl jsem vědět, kolikrát se má teda volat, ale to už jsem se nedozvěděl. Škoda. To mohla být tahle recenze užitečnější, že byste se z ní dozvěděli ten počet, kolikrát se má volat, když je člověk v horečkách a má povinnost hlásit se lékaři. Doktorka Hejzlarová je sice samorost, ale mám s ní dobrou zkušenost. Bohužel sestřičky, abych to řekl slušně, dělají ostudu svému povolání. Kvůli nim má ta ordinace tak nízké hodnocení. I got infected with covid. Then I called them all week to report. They didn't pick up the phone. They do not answer the phone completely systematically (you can easily verify this) and it has been there for years, as can be seen here from other reviews. When I finally called them for the third time in a second week the second week, saying that I needed to get a certificate of covide, they told me that they wouldn't give me any, because I was supposed to report the day I went for testing. When asked how I should have done it, when I call them 8 times a week and they don't take it, my nurse told me that 8 times a week is quite a few. I wanted to know how many times to call, but I didn't find out. Damage. It might have been more useful for this review to tell you how many times to call when you have a fever and are required to report to a doctor. Dr. Hejzlarová is a loner, but I have good experience with her. Unfortunately, the nurses, to put it politely, are embarrassing their profession. Because of them, the surgery has such a low rating.
