★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kus historie Železné Rudy. Je to krásné pietní místo u železniční trati věnované dělníkům, kteří zahynuli při ražbě tunelu.
Rád se sem vracím. Posedím... . A nedávno jsem vyzvedl kešku a našel i krásné křemenáče. ??
A piece of Iron Ore history. It is a beautiful place of reverence at the railway line dedicated to the workers who died during the tunnel excavation.
I like to come back here. Posedím .... And recently I picked up a cashew and found beautiful silkworms. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Docela zajímavé místo ze zdejší historie - býval tu hřbitůvek cizinců ("barabů"), kteří se podíleli na stavbě špičáckého tunelu, svého času nejdelšího tunelu v Rakousku-Uhersku (otevřen 1877 - měří celkem 1747 metrů). V roce 2002 obnoven v podobě pamětního kříže a informační tabule.
Quite interesting place from the local history - there used to be a cemetery of foreigners ("barabs"), who participated in the construction of the Špičák tunnel, its longest tunnel in Austria-Hungary (opened 1877 - measures 1747 meters in total). In 2002 restored in the form of a memorial cross and information board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great small piet memorial to Barabas - workers which made long train tunel. Possibility to take a rest, as small sitting place (no protection against rain/snow) is there.
