★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zavolala jsem, v telefonu se nikdo neozval, paní jsem musela nutit k mluvení, všeho jsem se musela doprošovat. Nejhorší zkušenost, co se týče zařizovaní pohřbu (mám už zkušenost s mnoha ústavy).
