Sotva pozdravila, ruku nepodala, nekondulovala, člověk absolutně postrádající empatii. Celá schůzka probíhala velmi neorganizovaně a amatérně, jako by pohřeb paní zařizovala poprvé. Objednávka květin a věnců je jako nakupování zajíce v pytli. Zeptají si Vás kolik toho chcete a co jako, ale nemají ani vzorník, co si můžete vybrat.
