Today was my dad's funeral. Unfortunately, this was not the first funeral I had arranged, and not the first funeral I had attended. So I have a comparison. I was extremely pleased with Vega's funeral service. The "lady behind the counter" guided us through everything smoothly, explaining everything, very kindly and respectfully. The meeting lasted over 2 hours and there was absolutely no pressure for any decision. As a surviving family, we were able to think through and discuss everything, which was very important to us. Subsequently, she arranged everything to the letter as we agreed, including all the flowers, ribbons, the order of the songs and the display of the photos sent by email, which I also greatly appreciated. Her colleague was also at the funeral, so we had someone to turn to if anything. Also a very nice and nice gentleman. For a great 10/10 experience, I definitely RECOMMEND this funeral service. The only little thing I would blame her for (and I kind of hope she reads it) and rather advised to reconsider is that the office smelled a little, so when you came in, the first impression was very bad and I was immediately afraid we didn't make a good choice. Fortunately, the opposite turned out. But I would recommend to them if it would not be better to go outside to smoke, both for themselves (passive smoking, clothes, hair), for their iguana in the office (who has to breathe) and especially for customers who certainly do not appreciate. But as for all the things around the funeral, as I said, everything went perfectly.
