★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto úžasný přístup, vyřizovali jsme pohřeb babičky a paní byla velice příjemná a trpělivá. Se vším nám poradila a moc nám v této nelehké situaci pomohla. Jedná se o provozovnu Brno Bystrc
 Absolutely amazing approach, we arranged the funeral of the grandmother and the lady was very nice and patient. She helped us with everything and helped us a lot in this difficult situation. This is the Brno Bystrc branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto nedoporučuji. Po našem příchodu 14:40 nám paní sdělila, že končí 15:30 a nebude tam ani o minutu déle. Sbalili jsme se a okamžitě jsme šli pryč. Nedokážu si představit horší chování v této chvíli a ve službách tohoto typu. Kdyby bylo možné dát mínusové hodnocení, rozhodně to udělám. Abych zde mohl zveřejnit tuto recenzi, musím bohužel dát jednu hvězdičku. Tu si ale tato pohřební služba vůbec nezaslouží. Jedná se o provozovnu v Brně-Bystrci, náměstí 28. dubna.
I absolutely do not recommend. After our arrival at 14:40, the lady told us that it ends at 15:30 and she will not be there for a minute longer. We packed up and immediately left. I can't imagine worse behavior at the moment and in services of this type. If it was possible to give a negative rating, I would definitely do it. Unfortunately, in order to post this review here, I have to give it one star. But this funeral service does not deserve that at all. It is an establishment in Brno-Bystrc, náměstí 28. dubna.
