★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čekací prostor ve stísněném "vestibulu" má ke kultuře opravdu daleko. Možná ale super pro masochisty s fantaziemi o kafkovských úřadech. Nechtěl bych tam trávit déle než těch cca 5 minut (díky online rezervaci termínu - doporučuji). Samotná transakce na přepážce proběhla ok, proto přidávám hvězdičku :)
 The waiting area in the cramped "vestibule" is really far from culture. But maybe great for masochists with fantasies about the Kafkaesque authorities. I would not spend more than those 5 minutes there (thanks to the online reservation of the date - I recommend). The transaction itself at the counter was ok, so I'm adding an asterisk :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Довольно крупный офис, но внутри очень мало места для ожидания перед входом к рабочим местам менеджеров. Рекомендую регистрироваться на прием на конкретное время через интернет, чтобы не стоять в очереди со всеми незарегистрированными клиентами. Если придёте конкретно на своё зарезервированное время, то ваш номер высветится на табло практически сразу, без очереди.
Quite a large office, but inside there is very little space for waiting before entering the workplaces of managers. I recommend registering for an appointment for a specific time via the Internet, so as not to stand in line with all unregistered clients. If you arrive specifically at your reserved time, then your number will be displayed on the scoreboard almost immediately, without a queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem celkem překvapen... Šel jsem si něco vyřídit a po zmáčknutí tlačítka na výdej čekacího lístku jsem odcházel pryč asi za 4minuty. Snad to nebyla jen jedna vlaštovka, ale standard...
I was quite surprised ... I went to do something and after pressing the button to issue a waiting ticket, I left in about 4 minutes. Maybe it wasn't just one swallow, but a standard ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V úřední den nezvedají telefony. K tomu snad není potřeba nic dodávat. Následující den jsem ale již dovolal a jednání již proběhlo ze strany VZP slušně a bez problémů.
They don't pick up the phones on the business day. There is perhaps no need to supply anything. The next day, however, I called and the negotiations were held by VZP decently and without any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed insurance for my baby on one year, not for me, I had. And she told me it's 60,000čk . I was shocked because it's that expensive. So I went to another place , where is much cheaper. Later I found out its other price. Those people doesn't know basic information. Terrible
