★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měli by upravit informace o možnosti vracení nevyužitých filmů. Zbytečně si pak zákazník připadá podveden. Když jej pak chcete vrátit a pán vám řekne, bohužel, koupili jste si jich málo, takže tuhle vaši 1/3 snímků vám nevezmeme zpět ...ale mají trvanlivost až dva roky ? na stránkách u výběru množství toto samozřejmě nemají ??♀️ hm, oka. Tak to pěkně děkuji.
Dále mi půjčili foťák, který měl víko na filmy porouchaný a byl přelepen páskou, která se občas oddělila. (Když foťák předával, odůvodnil to tím, že je to přelepené proto, aby to lidé neměli tendenci otvírat :D :D taak určitě ? u druhého foťáku evidentně tu tendenci lidé nemívají, takže tam nic přelepené nebylo. Měli štěstí, že jsme to vždy chytli včas a neznehodnotila se tím celá kazeta, když se víko samo otevřelo.
Jinak služba dobrá, chce to vychytat detaily a nelhat.

So thank you very much.
They also lent me a camera that had a broken movie lid and was taped, which sometimes detached. (When he handed over the camera, he justified it by saying that it was taped so that people wouldn't have a tendency to open it: D: D taak certainly lidé people obviously don't have that tendency with the other camera, so there was nothing pasted there. They were lucky that we always they caught on time and didn't spoil the whole cassette when the lid opened by itself.
Otherwise, the service is good, it wants to capture details and not lie.
