Po době co jsme se nastěhovali do obce Polerady, byla jsem na úřadě dvakrát.
Paní, která zde sídlí je velice arogantní, namyšlená, nepříjemná, xenofobní a všemožně se vás bude snažit urazit.
Myslím si, že je labilní, není na pracovišti, které by jí odpovídalo.
Když přijdete, musíte v chodbičce vyčkat na její pozváni dovnitř, jelikož v tu chvíli si dělá kafe a přepíná si kanál na televizi.
S úctou a příjemným vystupováním jí vysvětlíte co potřebujete a ona Vám řekne, že tak to nejde, že si to máte zařídit jinde (neřekne kde), že to není podle zákona (i když jste si to ověřili na kraji) a začne na Vas být nepříjemná a štěkat.
Doufám, že v brzké době při změně zastupitelstva ukončí svou působnost!
The worst office in the Czech Republic
After we moved to the village of Polerady, I was in office twice.
The lady who lives here is very arrogant, conceited, unpleasant, xenophobic and will do her best to offend you.
I think she's unstable, not in a workplace that suits her.
When you arrive, you have to wait in the hallway for her to be invited inside, because at that moment she makes coffee and switches her channel to the TV.
With respect and pleasant demeanor, you will explain to her what you need and she will tell you that it is not possible, that you have to arrange it elsewhere (she will not say where), that it is not according to the law (even if you have verified it on the edge) annoying and barking.
I hope that in the near future, when the council changes, it will end its activities!
