★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is NOT the immigration office where you go for paperwork - that one is two bus stops away at Cigánkova 1861/2. This place is Foreign Police - a place you get escorted to by thugs arresting you for being "illegal".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a nightmare place. If there is a place like hell, then this is it. Foreign Office where not a single person speaks English?? Zero customer service whatsoever. Was tossed around 3 different branches. Arrived before 8am - was number 26 in the queue - didn't get served till 14:30 - and guess what? I was actually there for collection, and had to sit in that claustrophobic office for over 6hrs......and I'm an EU citizen as well....the irony.
