★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den. Jsem svědkem kdy se poškozený dostavil na oddělení policie ČR v Chomutově s oznámením napadení a ublíženim na zdraví. Policie ho 3x neprijmula s argumentem ať si osobně dovede svědky a pak budou něco řešit. Poškozený trval o vyrozumění po ukončení šetření. Rozhodnutí : Odložení věci a poškozený netrvá o vyrozumění. Je to lež! Svědek který celou událost sledoval se oznámil policii a ta tohoto svědka kontaktovala pouze telefonicky. To znamená že policie uznala že tento svědek a jeho informace jsou podpůrné. Celé vyšetřování je chybné a bude se podávat oznámení na Ministerstvo spravedlnosti stížnost proti postupu policie ČR kamenná. Pan Zdeněk Šlampa má jediné štěstí že narazil na osobu která se nevyzná v právech o zametli tedy s tímto oznámením. Ale stížnost putuje na Ministerstvo spravedlnosti. Pokud čekáte pomoc od policie ČR kamenná v Chomutově tak se jí nedočkáte. Pokud máte někdo nějaké pochybnosti o postupu policie ČR kamenná tak neváhejte kontaktovat ministerstvo spravedlnosti. Policie je úřední osoba která nesmí odmítat oznámení a nesmí porušovat práva poškozeného . Sdílejte tento obsah. Děkuji za váš čas. Jan

If you expect help from the Czech police police in Chomutov, you will not see it.
